If you think about it....and we broke apart like the russian professor predicted....into regions....

Spanish house prices fall 3.6% in second quarter

MADRID (MarketWatch) -- Spanish house prices fell 3.6% in the second quarter of 2010 on an annual basis, the Housing Ministry said Friday. That compares to a 4.5% fall in the first quarter and a 6.2% fall in the fourth quarter of 2009.
