<<< there's not really much sense in bringing up the inefficiencies in areas that Obama and his admin. is ignoring, is there? >>>

My point is there are a whole lot of inefficiencies everywhere. As John pointed out Clinton and Gore started to address those problems. But I suspect getting rid of inefficiences are a lot easier said then done. Anybody and everybody can list tons and tons of inefficiencies everywhere. My main complaint is that for many people they will mainly target and focus on areas that affect the poor, uneducated, and the unfortunate. Those are of course easy targets.

Getting rid of inefficiencies require a comprehensive approach. I just wonder, in a comprehensive approach, how much of the overall waste (or percentage) of inefficiencies are committed by the underclass rather than in systems that lead to waste and inefficiencies (including fraud) that are committed by the well connected and people in positions of authority.
