Nor EITHER is it any reason whatsoever to allow such a transfer of RISK from the 'free market' business sector to the TAXPAYERS. (Simply one more example, if any are needed, of the terrible wrongness of the "Private Profits and Socialized Losses" economic model we have, regretfully, allowed to creep like a cancer into our national economy and governance.)
