A big thank you. :) I actually want to be wrong. If you are right, then I can retire in about 5 years. If I'm right, then I'll be sitting in cash for a long while and that means I'll retire in about 10 years. This may not shock you, but I was supposed to retire sometime last decade, but the return on my stock investments was terrible last decade as a result of the 2001-2 and 2008-9 crashes. It's literally added a decade to my retirement timeline. Very frustrating.
