With today's technology it would be EASY. It would be LESS difficult than giving all Americans access to ATM's. But, it wouldn't be wise. We elected George W. Bush TWICE! Not really. The electoral college elected Bush twice. Remember that Bush would have NEVER been elected with a popular vote. Gore would have been President instead, because he won the popular vote. I wonder what things would be like right now if Gore had been President for 8 years instead of Bush? I'll trust a true popular vote any day over a manipulated electoral college.
