JWF added: “He must have pissed away all that Playgirl cash and needs someone to support him.” Given some of his negative commentary about Sarah Palin after the baby was born and the breakup, I hope that the elder Palins have enough sense to avoid talking "politics" around the daughter or Johnston. They might find themselves quoted in someone's book, on the internet or in the media. Johnston is not yet trustworthy. He should be required to prove himself to the entire Palin family. In my view, he failed the first test when he did not insist that he and Bristol gain the blessings of Mom and Dad before announcing it to US weekly magazine. I wish the daughter and the baby good things. I wonder why she would not tell her parents about getting engaged again. I believe she knows of their concerns about Johnston and that she knows, in her heart, he might quit again. Especially, if some of that newly acquired Palin "big bucks" doesn't drift down to the daughter. I know, I'm being negative.
