I agree. I hope we will see some movement if the RFP is announced. If FATS is awarded the contract, I look for an explosion. All the analysts that rused to downgrade and lower estiamte will rush out with upgrades and new estimates. Do people expect a return to year high if FATS gets the contract?

Does anyone know if the RFP has been issued yet?

To All:
Highlights from recently filed 10Q

Army issued a draft RFP on October 28 for purchase of Engagement Skills Trainerws (EST). Management believes final RFP will be issued shortly. It will require side by side demonstrations in December. Army is expected to make the award in the first calenday quarter. If FATS gets the award, it is unlikely to deliver significant orders before fiscal year 1999 beginning on April 1, 1998.
