The general idea being that a nest of pit vipers is no biggie as long as they are not in your neighborhood?

Sure they are a marginal group at best, but that does not exempt them from laws concerning our elections. Odds are that the lack of prosecution will lead to a bolder move to test the limits.....Any attempts to downplay their racist hate speech and threats reflects poorly on the coddler.

There are two racist tea partiers. In fact, that number is probably inflated. Libs are trying to pull their usual kneejerk propaganda by accusing anyone who criticizes Obama of being a racist. Wouldn't we all love to have one standard imagined slight for everytime we face critical analysis of our job performance or any other difficulty in life.
