GREAT....i know the pain and how debilitating it can be.....sit on that wedgie all the time.....use it constantly....it will take a few days for your body to adjust but in my case the pain went away....and my wifes and my poor neighbor who will now do anything for me......to bad he.s not an eskimo eh...lol
