I understand you guy's viewpoints but I'm not going to let these people destroy the veracity of some fine people. The longs that have been in for a long time understand what's going on here. New lurkers can be influenced by this smear campaign and I want them to see for themselves that Chatters and the others are not telling them the true story. In the last few hours, he's destroyed what little veracity he's ever had. Only a fool would refute what B D and Ledoux have stated in their assay reports. Eventually he'll go away -- until then I'm going to keep showing people what he's really all about. Whether you understand it or not - it's my way of repaying the excellent DD that Lew, Chuck and many others have given to all of us.

You make some good points and I apologize for the thread pollution my posts have caused.

Well, goodness knows I am not without sin in this regard, Alan. In fact, I'm sure there are more than a few people who think what I am posting is polluting as well. Your signal-to-noise ratio (including your great work with the Index) needs no apology.

Matt and Larry (and you) make a fair point: the extraordinary mendacity and disingenuousness exhibited by E.C. and his ilk are difficult to tolerate. I like your idea of presenting factual and logical rebuttals to the worst of his nonsense. I think it's the raw volume of posts, combined with other factors, that really got to several of us this week.

Not that I'm transferring any anxiety about delays in The Report, of course (I'll leave that diagnosis to Dave Bissett :-] )!
