No. Corzine did that. Christie refused to renew it. So it's one of the items that goes in the package labeled "Christie refuses shared sacrifice by asking the wealthy to pay their fair share." You could, of course, and spin doctors would do so, argue that, in the face of the state fiscal crisis, Christie is giving the wealthy a tax cut.

As for those income tax rates, the point I was making was that compared to nearby states, it's about in the middle.
