I searched FreeEdgar and could not find anything under Ampex that was filed today. When Ampex filed 10Q it was available immediately (almost) on FreeEdgar. I also searched todays filings using the Benefitial Ownership as a filter and did not find anything I could relate to either Ampex or Bramson. Under what entity name was it filed? Could you please cut and post? I'm sure many of us would be interested in reading the details.

DEJA VU! He bought about the same time last year. Hope only the part with the stock shooting up is a replay of last year! Maybe this time the stock will keep the momentum!
