Yes, I know. But included in foreign aid are our efforts in the Middle East nation building, as well as the $8 billion a year we give/loan to Israel and the 50K troops we keep in South Korea and on and on. Add up all the billions here and there and pretty soon you have a trillion.

Uh....you need to do some serious fact-checking:
