The Dems blame the R's, but why didn't they jam it through the same why they did Obamacare? They could sell a real Finreg much more easily than the mess of a healthcare bill we got, it's what most voters wanted anyway!

I know it! I'm pretty sure the GOP would have filibustered any attempt to jam it through.

However, at the very least, the Dems should have made a big issue of the GOP opposing real FinReg and that would have been better for this country to expose the GOP for the WS whore that it is.

Instead, it leaves everyone believing the Dems are WS whores as well. Maybe they are.
