Racism can only be practiced on MINORITIES. Blacks aren't THERE yet, where the whites are a minority. But, Hispanics almost are.. You're just making this shit up as you go along. By your definition there was no racial discrimination in South Africa since 79% of the population is black. Racial discrimination can be practiced on any racial group, by any other racial group. Racial discrimination can be done within the same race as well. It's pretty scary when people just start making up definitions to fit their own ideology.
