Listed below are 40 criminal and treasonous acts to impeach and or imprison Obama, the alleged love child of a hippie seventeen year old girl from Hawaii by then a twenty five year old African native of Kenya, they called Barack Hussein Obama II, who then he became Barry Soetoro of Indonesia, later to become Barack Hussein Obama again without the II, born somewhere other than the United States, said to be Kenya, even Canada, and is still left unresolved, through submitted fraudulent documents and unsupported by hearsay conjecture hidden by his Presidential Order 13489.
1, Obama’s original vault copy from anywhere, except Kenya, (see no. 4) of a long form birth certificate as legal proof, if one exists, has never been released, officially. The Hawaiian news paper’s announcement that gave an erroneous and non-existent address of Obama’s birth, placed by his grand parents or anybody in fact, is hearsay evidence and is not proof, but a joke, because both hospitals in Honolulu deny his birth as published. The fact not one local High School student, friend, teacher, doctor, nurse, hospital or hospital worker has ever admitted or come forward to acknowledge Obama’s birth place or even seen his alleged mother pregnant in 1961 Hawaii This is not only proof, but proves that only his grandmother from Kenya is right: “Obama was born in Kenya” (not Hawaii) and she is not in question as a witness confirming Obama’s birth place and country.
Now, Tim Adams, the former Chief Elections Clerk in Hawaii in 2008 has stated, there is NO long form birth certificate for Obama to claim to be recorded born in Hawaii, since no hospital admits or can prove it but only deny Obama’s birth in their facilities.

The Certification of Live Birth=COLB, even if one day authenticated of the three submitted, all proven false to date, can never be legally sufficient to be considered as proof of citizenship and therefore remain hearsay evidence as such and legally insufficient to be proof, because no doctor or witness authenticated the birth of Barack Hussein Obama II, to be a U.S. president constitutionally. As Chief S.C. Justice John Marshall cited Vattel, “born on the soil of parents who are its citizens.”! That means on American soil, by two American citizens and not by a Kenyan citizen or Kenyan soil.
3, Simple in 1961, no computers to photo-shop, edit or could produce Obama’s officially submitted fraudulent Hawaiian COLB documents, in fact the font (type) is computer created, and no typewriter had that capability in 1961.
