I haven't read all the posts on the BB, so excuse me if what I'm about to share is redundant. I recently wrote this to a friend and thought it is worthy to post:

When I had my yearly blood test, they included checking my vitamin D. The doctor said they normally don't do this, but apparently they're finding out lots of people are deficient in it. OMGGGGGGGGGGG, mine was 9!! The normal range is 30-100!! The doctor has me on a pill I take once a week that is 50,000 units. As you know, vitamin D is very important, so consider getting checked for it when you do your next blood work.
