Have you got me fooled! I had you pegged as a short all these days!

While it appears to be clear that serious mistakes were made, it is
not clear yet at which level it occurred and at what point in time
management knew, or whether this occurred at the direction of management.

It is one thing to hold management responsible because it happened
on their watch, it is quite something different to outright accuse
them of fraudulent behavior if you can't substantiate such claims.

Frankly, you ought to be careful not to open up yourself to a libel
suit should the facts bear out management was not in the know.

Just MHO.
