CYPB is up 32% after opening with a good UG.<g> Volume is >7x its ADV The stock is still trading below the resistance at the $4 level.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Ramius has offered to buy the rest of the stock it doesn't own at $4. It currently owns close to 10% of the stock. CYPB has been trimming its losses in the last 2Qs. The EL for 2010 & 2011 are around $0.50 & $0.05 vs. the $0.71 loss in 2009. CYPB has NLTD and about $3.50 in sash/shr. The ACTAY is $6.25 That seems doable and the R/R isn't bad at present levels.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
