I have been thinking of you this morning and am amazed you are on line and "talking." Although I did have one of those shots in my lower spine (twice actually) and it wasn't all that traumatic. I wasn't on line after the first shot, but I was after the second. The person who did the first was horrible, but the second was an expert. Are you feeling any relief? You know you can usually tell right away.
