It's a Republican Clowngress when they're at the helm. It is what it is. They signed off on the bailout (TARP1), it would not have happened without them.

I have to admit that I didn't much pay attention to what Congress did prior to 2000. However, since 2000, I have watched much more closely. And this Congress has been by far the most productive of all of the ones we have had in this millennium.

Its way too easy to pass off any responsibility you might have for what goes on in DC by calling it a Clowngress. Its a cop out. It suggests we have no control and can not change the course of the world. Its the lazy way of not being responsible and I ain't buying it.

In my life, I have found we have much more power than we think. As a consequence, I have been able to effect change. Maybe they were small things......new neighborhood light fixtures, new blvd trees, or stopping the rampant building of strip centers.....nonetheless, they show what one small person can do. So I would appreciate if you would stop with the clowngress.......my reps are smart people who are doing good things for this country. They are not clowns.
