Well, Bigots can spring up anywhere. It just so happens that people who choose to aggrandize their standing through extreme religious dogma have already created groups of infidels, homosexuals, women--or some identifiable group that doesn't measure up to their Absolute and Certain MORAL STANDARDS. When you are a much better human being than other people by virtue of your dogma, then BIGOTRY becomes natural and easy! Greg or ee swims in his bigotry as though it were an ocean of bliss and he wields it like a sword of God or like Samson wielded the jawbone of a donkey to slaughter EXACTLY 1000 heavily armed warriors!
