A gross miscalculation by Obama.

Should have pulled out all the stops from the get go including offers of help from foreign governments and companies. Especially on the clean up.

The BOP modifications have been going on before Obama. The agency doesn't do inspections so we won't know until they fail. They automatically greenlight plans so anything goes.
