The Obama administration basically said that unless those cuts were rescinded, $6.8 billion in "stimulus" money would be withheld. Well, that should be one of the LAST things to be cut. Not only is it downright cruel, but it costs more in the long run. If the elderly and disabled can't get care at home, we have to pay for them to be in homes, which is much, much more expensive. -Z
