I refer the Supreme Court once again to the Bill of Rights. I don't care what their damn prejudice is; the only thing that is important is WHAT IT SAYS!

Those people had their rights violated: Their right to exercise their religion, and their right to peaceably assemble.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
