We haven't had volume that heavy since sometime in mid-'95. I think it was June or July. Other than that, this is the biggest volume day for Quantum ever. Maybe the float was being bought while weak of heart got out, keeping the price low, even though people were buying.
Quantum, only after this fall now, is the safest stock I can think of.

Tech there were two trades of 5000 near the end at 32 15/16 and 32 7/8 - could have been two putzes swapping stock to make it look good.

Last trade before that was $30.50
