i believe that we're going to have an inflationary depression. the worst of all worlds. much worse than the great depression which was a deflationary depression. we will probably get deflation first, then the inflation for the final blow. of course no one knows for sure what will happen. one can only make guesses. but it sure seems likely to happen. the people we elected were supposed to know better than to try to fiddle with the free market. or maybe they were bought off. i don't know. there should be some very stiff penalties for politicians that abuse the public trust. some of them should be hung for being traitors.
