<<way t'go>>

I've known souls tied down and forced to listen to The Squirrel Nut Zippers for lesser double entendres than that. Shame.

BTW, in your research for macrophage effectors, there are two interesting papers in the 11/97 edition of The Journal of Neurochemistry. They report on the interaction between superoxide dismutase (SOD) and nitric oxide (NO) (A mutation in an isoform of SOD is associated with ALS). In short, a mutated SOD is shown to significantly elevate nitrotyrosine - i.e. a dysfunctional SOD leads to higher NO related toxicity. Check it out.

If a Pharma could block some of these macrophage pathways there would be some happy shareholders.
