Skeet, Bush deserves blame as well as all of them. His inactions contributed, but to blame him solely for this is ludicrous as anyone who cared to do some reading would already know. I just wish Brooksley Born's idea of exchange traded CDO's, CDS's would have seen the light of day in the just passed "reform" package which will end up reforming nothing. That shoe has yet to drop and when it does it's going to be lights out for some major players.
