he did break it. there is absolutely no rational argument to be made he didn't break it.

for my purposes, "criminal" means one who breaks the law.

greenspan and bernanke broke the law. systematically.

you are correct, there are no penalties put into place for elite law breakers.

you'll say that excuses the law breaking and excuses the immense damage done by that law breaking.

i'll say that is just another indication that criminals are gaming the legal system in order to protect themselves from their criminal behavior - a clear view into the tyranny that is enveloping america.
