What totally shocked me about the video is that Walt Mossberg...widely regarded as this country's preeminent technology guru (at least as far as MSM is concerned).has no idea that "pure" GSM stops at 2G and everything beyond that is QCOM IP. I thought Paul missed a chance to really drive that point home.

Other than that...good interview...

I will once again remind readers that I. Jacobs never ever planned on building more than 250K phones per year. It was only a necessity to seed the market. They wound up building many more times that amount because of the demand and the relationship with Sony. Paul said we suck at that, but he fails to tell the world that that was never Q's plan. In that regard he was dishonest or forgets his history.
