Perhaps I was not clear or you haven't been following the news releases. Yesterday, some of the news reports said the terms of the Intel/AMD settlement would be extended to the general CPU/Graphics market.

Perhaps, as usual, you neglected to read what I actually wrote in my first post in this thread, which referenced an extension of the AMD settlement to graphics chips, and then went on to indicate that the settlement "will also regulate..." (i.e. in addition to the aforementioned extension.)
