Paul, I have no problem with Atiq selling shares a month ago. Another post pointed out that you confused the "report date" with the "transaction date." Sales within the last week would really get my goat because this is when the mask change results were becoming available within AMD.

Paul, huge contingent liability on Intel's balance sheet and poor timing of share repurchases.

I recently reviewed Intels 3Q report and found some interesting stuff:
1. In the third quarter Intel repurchased 2.5 million shares for $251,000,000. They are now worth $193,600,000, a loss of 57.4 million.

By selling put warrants continuously over the past nine months, Intel has a contingent liability to purchase 6.5 million shares of stock at an average price of $90.
