Per Bloomberg, HFT programs kicked in Flash Crash lows hit. The HFT makes sense, since the SPYs seem to be leading the charge without much else following. But I don't think we hit the flash crash lows yet. We (HFTs) seem to be buying everytime we hit the 1045 area, except in early July.
