Globalstar in Covington. Yes Covington. Goodbye high-priced, high-taxed, crowded, San Jose. Where the heck is Covington? Small town southern USA... it looks like a good location. Cheap houses, no crowds. Parking available. Warm year round. Cheap oil available floating around on the water.

I had to get Google to find Covington and have a look around.
