Breitbart was punching back at the NAACP for their Journolist-style Tea Party racism resolution. Sherrod wasn't his target. His goal was to show a NAACP audience approving apparent racism and he accomplished that.

If Sherrod has extenuating facts on her side, they deserve to be considered and I'm pleased to see lots of conservatives making that point, while the NAACP and the Obama administration dropped her like a hot potato without any checking.

OTOH, it seems Sherrod may have some other issues - questionable personal and family involvement in a lawsuit and settlement against the USDA on behalf of black farmers and landowners.
