And once you get ill, you stop being a rational consumer, then it's too late You seem to assume sudden and severe illness - in which case you are more likely to be correct. However, most people get sick slowly and gradually, like in developing slightly elevated blood pressure, or borderline Diabetes, etc. Even with sudden severe illness, in the US, in most cases people will get very decent care. Much about healthcare is "territorial". If I were to get sick, I'd prefer this to happen in the US. I'm sure that a Frenchman would prefer to be in France - and he would be right.

The PVV is demanding an explanation and terms the plans to build a mosque right next to Ground Zero absurd and an insult to relatives of the thousands of victims who lost their lives on 11 September 2001.
