Maybe. The original post by peppe51 said that the numbers represented cabinet members who had "previously worked in the private sector," which I suppose could mean immediately previous or at any time previous.

The original post was meant to imply that the cabinet members are all clueless about the realities of having a job because all of them except one had held government jobs all their lives.

After looking at the job histories of the cabinet members, Mr. Peppe51 had a point about a general lack of private sector experience, but (s)he massaged the stat to fit an agenda. 8% sounded kind of fishy.
