Wall Street tumbles on Fed chief's economy view


It wouldn't matter what Bernanke said......the markets were programmed to sell when he starting speaking. Tomorrow, we have another unemployment claims report. Last week's was bullish but no one believed it because of the 4th falling in its midst. So everyone is waiting to see what tomorrow's report says. I expect it to be a market mover either way.

Yeah so? today it's up 2% ... what's your point? The economic view is cloudy and that's reflected in volatility in the markets...meantime earnings have been quite positive. We need a sustained period of bull market without events like oil spill or other disasters to disrupt a return to consumer confidence.
