Actually, I was wondering which insider is selling now. Check this out.

insidertrader.com

BTW, the value when registered is just that. It is not the price at the time of the sale. So the 3.75 does not mean the sales occured weeks ago.

Happy Investing!

Or is Cowpland dumping more shares? Last order on the TSE was
bid - $3.83 bid size - 2200

ask - $3.85 ask size - 48500

It sure looks like somebody is selling big time but then this just could be Fridays jitters with the markets tanking.

Could be Corel buying its own shares back.

Could be Novell is trading on TSE but since it's American I would think they would be trading on the NASDAQ.

With Corel's recent flip flopping on COJ I would think that Cowpland is really lost on what he plans on doing. I am wonder if he has the stats for the recent month WP sales and it doesn't look good so he is flip flopping around.

Maybe Vanni is buy up all the shares so he can vote Cowpland out and save the company from the evil empire.
