I think from $80. to 24, is the Oxford story repeating itself here, don't you think ? So why predict more ? Even Oxhp has stopped its decline.

>>>Assend is a top company.....so is Oxford and see what the street is doing to them.<<<

There is no correlation between a high tech and a healthcare company -- every variable is vastly different. Let's try to offer more plausible scenarios.

It would be interesting to see if Morey and other insiders SOLD a ton of ASND or are long?

Marcie,

All you need do is look at ASND's publicly available proxy statement to see that Ejabat owns over 1,300,000 shares. Likewise, a publicly available 144 shows that he sold 15,000 shares sometime in the last 2 weeks of October. He still owns over 1,300,000 shares.

Similar ratios -- verifiable through public records -- obtain for the other ASND insiders who sold shares. Dahl sold the most (about 20% of his holdings), but he is taking a less active role in the company, it has been said.
