Sherrod won't sue, or if she does, won't go the distance. I can hear the skeletons rattling in her closet from here.

This is her 15 minutes right now and she has already squandered it, imo.

it's interesting to see who benefitted from all of this.

Just one person: Shirley herself.

She got Gibbsey to apologize, Vilsack to apologize and say she's gone through hell (Hell, I tell you, Hell!) and now she's got a personal tete a' tete with the president himself. Lovely. We're on a Roll!

And she went after Fox, even though Fox defended her.

She's got the party line and all the talking points down pat and can rattle them off like a nursery rhyme. She understands how the system works, the mechanisms and ins and outs of a bureaucracy. She can now emcee that new TV program: Name That Price.
