Agree....even if she doesn't sue the Feds, she can certainly go after Fox and Breitbart. I'd go after the former for the big settlement, and after the latter for fun.......

It's all about juxtaposition They did it and their malicious intent to defame was clear I spent a lot of time researching in considering going after CNBC Had a case, but bankrolling a battle against the leviathan of GE lawyers wasn't happening

Calculated risk lies, like all lefties do. The tape was not edited by Breibart. It INCLUDED Sherrod's statement that she later came to realize that her racist attitude toward whites was wrong. Get your facts straight, lefty. If you want edited tapes look at your leftwing network news every night. Falsely quoting by doctoring tapes is their stock in trade. If you want LIBEL you've got it with the three Black Caucus members who said falsely that they were spat on and called the "N" word as they walked through a crowd in front of the Capitol. They lied. ALL of the big networks were there filming that. So were many with their own video recorders. There is no evidence on any of the many recordings made of that, because it never happened. A non leftwing site offered $100,000 to anyone who could offer any proof of the three congressmen's false claims. The $100,00 still sits there. Then the holier than thou NAACP put out their attack on the "Tea Party" and included the false claims by the three congressmen as if they were an established fact. What the three congressmen said and what the NAACP did in repeating the lies as if they were fact is definite libel. The Sherrod situation is a disaster for the lame and racist NAACP, as well as for Obama the "healing" president. LOL
