Why is the Ontario corporation named "JBII RE One" and the New York corporation "JBII RE #1"? Won't that cause some confusion for the auditors (if they are actually separate)?

"During February, 2010, the Company formed a wholly owned New York corporation, JBI RE #1, Inc. to secure an industrial building in Niagara Falls, NY."

"During February, 2010, the Company formed a wholly owned Ontario corporation, JBI RE One, Inc., to purchase an industrial building in Thorold, Ontario."

That smells kinda fishy...

Remember last week or so someone posted a picture from Google Street View of what possibly might be the blending site? If it is true look at 1 property north of the blending site.

That must be the tanks at the processor site - no need to register Ontario tanks with the DEC.

(Also there's a typo in my post, 1200 gallons is a little under 30 barrels, not 3).

I'm curious about Techisbest's latest email from John. Looks like selling to refineries is definitely out, the plan being trucking it to the blending site in Canada. Fuel doesn't have to be registered in Canada apparently. Not sure how engines are warrantied with that being the case.
