Didn't they used to belong to the Native Americans?

Kind of silly for those of Spanish heritage to claim that America stole those lands from Spain without acknowledging that Spain stole those lands from the natives.


I am sorry.....I didn't know you were looking for logic in all of this mess. First came the Native Americans, then the Spanish, then the Anglos. Why the Mexicans might have a stronger claim is because they are both Native American and Spanish......hence the term Mazatlan....an Indian term.......which is part of the reconquering of the SW US by Mexico.
