No question environmentally. I personally would not want to live here with a population of 9 million or more in Arizona. Developers destroy everything they touch (then rename the development after what they destoryed). We don't need any more McMansions in places called "Desert Highlands" or "Mountain Shadows" any more....

Take away the sub-minimum wage labor pool for builders and construction grinds to a halt. That's a good thing if you're either an environmentalist or have any concern about the future of the state.
