Gorman is an empty suit, with a ton of baggage as far as her real estate positions go. No reason to support her, and yes, she is a grotesque side show now trying to appeal to the tea partiers despite her history of supporting every real estate handout that came down the pike (a decidedly non-tea party stance).

There are a dozen republicans in that race. Jim Waring will likely win, and he's a pretty solid guy who would easily beat the democratic candidate. If the R's wanna throw the election, they could go with Gorman, but Shadegg was well liked and Waring is more or less in his mold.
