Let's consider a few things. That Prop 13 that liberals are obsessed about happened a LONG time ago (the '70's) and it was only a California proposition. And there was an amnesty program in 1986 - it was called Simpson-Mazzoli. It was supposed to fix illegal immigration and give a path to legalization for illegal aliens here then. Illegals who had been in the country sicne 1982 got legalized then. The illegal aliens we have now have come in SINCE that era. Frankly, it looks to me like the biggest employers of illegal aliens are small business guys, especially hispanic owned small businesses, I guess because of the language fluency. About a half mile from where I live on east and west Strack Drive, I know of two businesses that I'm sure employ illegals. Both are run by hispanic small business guys, one's EF Tree Service and the others a lawn service business. Neither are run by rich anglos .... though the EF guy may be getting rich. He sure has nice equipment.
