ARCHIE P. and all other Umsi investors.Over the weekend I received some very negative information on behind -the- scene goings on at Umsi's.I am following up and will report here soonest .. These are allegations, that if
true, would signal UMSI's bad days are not quite over yet.
By the way,KOSTECH, which as you know was very
positive on UMSI at the time, are aware of these
allegations. Since they , as far as I know,
have not mentioned these matters,I deduce we UMSI holders can rest easy, since a bonafide research outfit such as they claim to be, would report this to their clients if true.
However, I have my reasons not to trust KOSTECH,
so I am not sure if a) there are no skeletons in
UMSI's closet, and b) whether Kostech would elect not to
dwell on these in their reports.
PS The Banking firm of UMSI, Select Capital Advisers
have arranged a financial commitment up to $ 5.- million.
What this deal involves for UMSI shareholders is not
clear. But on the surface this looks like a bit of
positive news.We shall see what happens to the
stock Monday.
