Yep! (No surprise here though....) I've known for about a year that there would be no carbon tax or carbon cap bill that would make it through Congress this year, (and suspected since early last Summer that nothing like either would or could pass), and posted those opinions here several times over the past year and a half. Don't really know why anyone else wouldn't have concluded the exact same thing --- the politics of it seemed thoroughly obvious. Can only suppose that perhaps some other folks can't count votes very well... <g>
